COMMUNITY SUPPORT & NAVIGATION

We help people connect with the health, housing, food, social, and community services they need through information, referrals, resource navigation, and wraparound support.

HOW WE PUT OUR MISSION INTO ACTION

COUNSELLING FOR ALL

Currently Operating

Through Counselling for All, we provide accessible counselling, psychotherapy, and wraparound support to individuals and families.

Our approach recognizes that mental health cannot always be addressed in isolation. People may also need support related to housing, food, physical health, education, employment, relationships, parenting, or access to community services.

Through counselling, referrals, resource connections, and system navigation, we help people access the supports that contribute to greater health and stability.

THE COMMUNITY TABLE

In Development

Through The Community Table, we are developing a weekly affordable community meal in collaboration with a local restaurant.

The program will provide access to nutritious and affordable food while creating opportunities for nutrition education, healthy-living activities, social connection, and community participation.

People will be able to share a meal, participate in activities, build relationships, and create a stronger sense of connection and belonging within their own community.
